NOTE ON THE DIFFERENCE KNOWLEDGE AND REASON MAKE
by Fabian Pascal

I came across a 2004 exchange between Francois-Rene Rideauand Massimo Dentico titled In Defense of Prevalence as an example for the importance of reason and, particularly, knowledge, and of how time consuming and difficult it is for those who possess the two, and produce evidence in support of their positions, to have a meaningful conversation with those who do not, who pontificate mainly by arm waving. I leave it to the reader to decide who is who in the exchange.

For our own exchange on Prevayler see On Prevayling Ignorance.
